Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best experience for every client and respect the time of both our guests and our business, the following cancellation policy applies:

File Keeping: A credit card on your file is required upon booking any appointment. It is kept secure and private. It does not get charged unless the according to the policy terms below

 

• 24+ Hours Notice Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice may be changed at no charge.

• Less Than 24 Hours Notice Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to loss of deposit paid, or a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

• Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments cancelled on the day of your appointment, or missed without notice, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

• Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next guest's appointment. The full service fee will still apply. If there is not enough time to safely complete your service, the appointment may be considered a same-day cancellation.

• Deposits Any booking deposit is non-refundable but will be applied toward your appointment. If your appointment falls within the cancellation policy, your deposit may be forfeited or applied toward the cancellation fee.
