Unlike a one-size-fits-all approach, each Lash Lift is tailored to your unique lashes, eye shape, and desired outcome. We proudly use **Keravie Professional**, a Canadian, keratin-infused lash lift system that helps nourish and condition the lashes while delivering beautiful, long-lasting results. For clients whose lashes or goals require a different approach, we also offer a specialized Korean formulation, allowing us to select the most appropriate system based on your lash health, structure, and desired finish. This personalized approach ensures every client receives a treatment that is both effective and respectful of their natural lashes. Appointments take approximately **1 hour and 15 minutes**, and results typically last **8–10 weeks**, gradually softening as your natural lashes complete their growth cycle. The treatment is also **pregnancy safe**, making it a wonderful option for anyone looking for a low-maintenance beauty routine. Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best experience for every client and respect the time of both our guests and our business, the following cancellation policy applies: 24+ Hours Notice Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice may be changed at no charge. Less Than 24 Hours Notice Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments cancelled on the day of your appointment, or missed without notice, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next guest's appointment. The full service fee will still apply.
